Has Obama gotten congressional approval to attack Libya yet, if he doesn't can he be impeached for it?

Under the War Powers Act, the President has the authority to order troops into combat anywhere in the world without Congressional approval for 90 days. At the end of the 90 days, if he hasn't got approval or withdrawn troops, then that is an impeachable offense.
