Is Bruce Fein pushing Impeachment of Barry Soetoro also known as Obama?

Barry Soetoro is supposedly Obama's real name, and Bruce Fein is trying to get him impeached for his not going through Congress to start this new war. Is this really true, and if so, looking for an update.
