How to transfer new music to iPod Touch 4G?

So I am in a different computer and I plugged my iTouch with the white cable thing. I downloaded new songs & don't want to re download the songs again on the computer where my songs originally are. So basically how can I transfer the new music I placed on this computer's iTunes library to my iPod without it syncing/erasing the music that is already in my iTouch. Thanks
