I downloaded all of this music, but how do i sync them to my itunes library? PLEASE HELP ME!?

I downloaded some music off of BearShear(it said it was legal and free), but they are protected by the WMA format, how do i unprotect the songs to add them into itunes library then sync them to my ipod?
