How do I turn on the sound in the library computers at Westwood college over in upland, Ca?

I'm at my mom's job and there is the administrative lock on the computer to keep the sound off, I need to know how to turn it back on so I can watch some youtube videos, so if anyone knows any codes or something that I could use to by pass the system that would be wonderful,because I just might die of bordum in here.
