How do i transfer the music from idownloads+ app to my music library without a computer? ?

I mean ill do it with a computer its just that i have the 4gen and my uncle has the old version of itunes and i dont wanna mess with his music. But i wanna put the music i downloaded in idownloads+ to my music library! I cant download anything. Thanks for your help!!!
