How long does it take typically to complete an impeachment of a president?

A impeachment process has to go threw two steps to finally impeach the president, first it goes through the house then through the senate. This can take up to quit awhile depending on how long the senate or the house argue over if the president should be or if he shouldn't be impeached. I would say a month.
