How should I talk to this girl?

Well there is this girl that I really like. She is sorta popular and i am not so mch and i kinda lack some self confidence as well. but its summer time and I dont really how I can talk to her She is rarely on facebook. She goes to my school and works at the library. but i dont want to keep going there to see her cause that seems kind of creepy lol. We have talked a few times. any suggestions?
