Now that the Democrats and Republicans have rebuked Obama on Lybia will he cease all operations?

Just look at his record: he is told by a federal judge that it is illegal to put an oil moratorium on the Gulf and he still does it. A Federal Court says it is illegal to implement Obamacare and he still implements part of it. He says he will not enforce the Defense of Marriage act passed by Congress and he put out the photoshopped birth certificate laughing about the issue. So he will do whatever he wants until the gutless Congress impeaches him.
