Obama and Biden admit they should be impeached?

I'm neither a fan of Obama nor Biden, but you are talking about two different things. Obama didn't declare war on anyone. Clinton never declared war either, but he did drop some bombs on Iraq. Obama could always claim that the UN authorized the air-strikes on Libya.
