Reagan invades Grenada and Bush Sr. invades Panama with no Congressional approval?

yet Obama bombs Libya for a few days to stop Qaddafi (who has American blood on his hands from prior terrorists acts) from a committing a massacre, and everyone is shouting "Impeachment" because he did not talk to Congress? How come nobody mentioned impeachment for Reagan and Bush Sr. when they launched full grown military invasions without telling Congress first?
