Where can I find sets of icons in WPF format. Rendering instructions would be ideal to.?

I am updating the icon library for a program and have been given specific instructions to find WPF format images so they can be scaled infinitely without losing any detail. I have found some good Vector images which work but ideally they will be WPF. Websites, graphic designers... All ideas welcome.
